The Living Water Outreach Ministries is absolutely founded upon the following declarations, concerning the utter reality of God and the contents of The Holy Bible as the infallible Word of God. As True Believers in the Triune God, we make haste to adopt the irrefutable provisions and testimonies of The Sacred Scriptures in its entirety as the proper principles upon which viable, healthy and moral individuals, families, societies and indeed universe can be established. According to the Scriptures, we believe that “No Man hath seen God at any time… The only begotten Son… hath declared Him.” (John 1:18). Jesus Christ epitomizes and exemplifies God The Father and has called upon us to “follow His footsteps.”

11. It is our unflinching conviction that “The Just shall Live by his Faith” in Jesus Christ. The Living Water Outreach Ministries’ existence then, is predicated on nothing else, but on Faith in God and His Word.

Declaration of Faith & Preamble

(1) We the members of the Living Water Outreach Ministries hold the Holy Scriptures as contained in the old and New Testament of the Bible as our rule of faith and practice.

(2) We admonish our members to recognize and obey civil authorities and laws.

(3) As God-fearing, peace-Loving and Law-abiding people, we claim our

Heritage and inalienable right to worship God in Spirit and in truth. According to the teachings of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, we promote peaceful settlements of all disputes.

(4) We believe that all have sinned and come short of the Glory of God and are in need of redemption through Salvation in Jesus Christ. (Romans 3:23) That Salvation is free and available for and to all humanity, through acknowledgment, repentance, confession and faith. (John 3:16, Romans 10:9-10).

(5) We believe that The Old and New Testaments are God’s divinely inspired Words. (11Timothy 3:16, 17)

(6) That Jesus Christ is True God and True Man. (John5:20).

(7) That The Holy Trinity, God The Father, The Son, The Holy Spirit,

(1John 5:7) are three distinctive personalities that constitute The Godhead.

(8) We believe in The Second coming of Jesus Christ, our Savior. (Matthew 24:3-44).

(9) We believe in Faith, Love, Holiness, Diligence and Commitment.

(10) We believe in the Anointing of the Holy Spirit (2 Corinthians. 1: 21) and in the anointing of oil in the name of The Lord. (James 5L13-15).

(11) We believe in the operation of all the gifts of the Holy Ghost in the body of Christ, today, as listed in 1 Corinthians 12: 1-11…Divine Healing, Speaking in Other Tongues (Acts 1:8; 2:4,38) and prophecies, the gifts of Revelation, the gifts of power and all gifts of utterances from God to The Church for the edification of The Church.

(12) We believe in Water Baptism (Rom. 6:4-5; Mk. 15:16); Holy Ghost Baptism (Acts 2: 4, etc., and in the Observance of the Lord’s Supper. (Mat. 28: 28:19, 1 Cor. 11: 23-32).

(13) We believe in Tithing and Offering.

(14) We believe in Church Government by Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Pastors, Teachers, Elders and Deacons.

(15) We believe in the utter depravity of human nature without Christ, and the necessity for repentance and regeneration and the eternal doom of the unrepentant.

(16) We believe in a literal Heaven- our destination. We believe in a real Hell- Hell-Fire-we don’t want to, and are not going there.

(17) Finally, we believe in the virgin birth, sinless life, atoning death, triumphant resurrection, abiding intercession of our Lord Jesus Christ; the impending Rapture of the Church, The impending Tribulation, The Second Coming of Christ, The Great Judgments, Christ’s millennial reign upon the earth and Eternal Life for all believers.

The Living Water Outreach Ministries of Los Angeles, California, by declaration of the Founding Members herein adopt the instant Statement of Faith for the effective implementations of The Work of The Lord and The Activities of His Church.
